at resorts through a systematic
approach utilizing the following
methods:

Prior theft analysis
Special profiling methods
Staff security awareness training
Specific interview and report-taking techniques
Strong liaison with area law enforcement agencies (and other community groups)
An innovative digital Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) design that provides color video from various locations to garner images of possible suspects

This proactive approach - in conjunction with ongoing law enforcement liaison and tourist-friendly communications regarding the Ski Watch program - deters ski thieves and prevents ski theft.
